Our Local Membership gives convenient access to Keetley Club's amenities at a preferred rate. It's the perfect option for local families, outdoor enthusiasts, and owners at The Mason looking for a comfortable home base for skiing, boating, hiking, biking, and everything Park City has to offer.
Local Membership Overview
Who Is Included
Member, spouse, plus up to 4 dependent children under 25 years old. Available only to qualifying local residents
Eligibility
Primary residence within approximately 2 miles of the Club (subject to Club approval)
Locker
8 daily use half lockers through our reservation system (no overnight storage unless approved for consecutive reservations; includes 2 boot heaters)
Joining Fee
$20,000 (compared to $50,000 the Individual membership joining fee)
Annual Dues
Discounted Local Dues: $300/month, $3,600/year
Refund at Resignation
75% (compared to 50% refund for Family & Individual Members)
Ski/Board Storage
Up to 4 pairs of skis/snowboards; boot storage available during back-to-back reservations
Free Guest Passes
12 per membership year
Accompanied Guests
4 guests per day (subject to capacity).
Owners at The Mason may sponsor eligible unaccompanied guests
Maximum Daily Occupancy
Up to 6 total people (members, authorized users, and guests)
Access
Reservations required for the 8 lockers; reserve up to 5 dates at a time

When you and your family are not using Keetley Club, you may sponsor eligible unaccompanied guests to enjoy the club's amenities.
For owners who rent their condos, this exclusive benefit allows guests to experience the convenience, hospitality, and amenities of Keetley Club while exploring everything Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.
Guests can be registered ahead of time through our app, making the process simple and seamless for both owners and their guests.
